Biography

David Laid was born on January 29th, 1998 in Estonia, a country in Europe on the border of Russia & Latvia. At his young age, at only 2 years old he lost his father in a tragic accident on a ship. A few years later his mother took him & his two younger brothers to America, New Jersey in search for a better life. He attended Mainland Regional High School. During his teen years he experienced a sudden growth which made him tall & skinny. He was even bullied in school because of how he looked. He wanted to change that so he started working out and packing on more muscles which made him look better & gave him more confidence.

Training

David Laid loves to train “The Big 3” (Deadlift, Squat & Bench Press). Those are his favorites. He follows a very strict training schedule, training 6 times per week and prefers a push, pull, legs split training which he finds most effective.
